Providing Alternative Dispute Resolution ("ADR") Services
As a business owner, you are periodically involved in resolving disputes with your customers, suppliers, distributors, and employees. When a dispute becomes too complex to handle yourself, filing a lawsuit is not necessarily the only alternative. We are prepared to discuss with you creative solutions that may help you resolve your dispute without the need for costly and time consuming litigation.
Our office is open 8:30 A.M. until 8:00 P.M. Monday through Friday as well as on weekends by appointment
For more than fifteen years, Alpert Butler & Weiss, P.C., in West Orange, New Jersey, has been providing alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services for business clients. Under the direction of partners Clark Alpert, David Butler, John Norton, and Jeremy Weiss, our commercial litigation team will discuss the many available alternatives to litigation, including mediation, arbitration, "umpires", direct negotiation, and "mini" trials, as well as other innovative ADR techniques. A number of our attorneys have also served as mediators and arbitrators in private disputes or by court appointment.
We work to anticipate problems and provide solutions
By applying our business law experience, we know how to investigate the issues underlying a dispute, in order to develop solutions that meet the needs of all parties. Through negotiation, business mediation, and arbitration, we assist in discovering alternatives to litigation that may save all of the parties the time and expense associated with traditional litigation. Our alternative dispute resolution services are designed to help you discover a way to settle out of court and avoid litigation.
