Alpert Goldberg has very substantial experience handling appellate matters, including prominent appeals in both New Jersey and New York. Some of New Jersey's most prominent appeals have been handled by the firm's attorneys, such as Packard Bamberger, MBA-NJ v. NJREC, Grubb v. Knoll, Marshall v. Matthei and Harris; and the firm has appeared as counsel for amicus trade associations in Lemelledo and Metlife. Alpert Goldberg has also handled prominent New York appellate matters, such as Urban, Katz and Samantha.

The firm has also handled well-known federal appeals in the metropolitan area, such as U.S. v. $734,578.82 and In re Bona.. We also have substantial experience with appellate motion practice in the New Jersey Appellate Division, New Jersey Supreme Court, and New York Appellate Division. We have handled Petitions for Certifications to the New Jersey Supreme Court, and oppositions thereto. Additionally, we have handled opposition to a Petition for Certioriari to the United States Supreme Court, in Bona v. GNAC, Corp., 516 U.S. 945, 116 S.Ct. 384 (1995).
